Kayla Chantel Yoga is an inclusive yoga studio looking to help you unwind, manage stress, and increase mobility. This isn’t your bendy, twisty, pretzel yoga. We focus on functional movement and really relaxing, restorative classes.

Our classes are designed for everyone to enjoy, so it doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned yogi, or this is your very first class – you are welcome here!
