This is not the start to the New Year I was hoping for us, but we have to roll with it sometimes.
As many of you know, we will be headed into some form of a lockdown Wed Jan 5, 2022 for at least 21 days. Most gyms and fitness facilities will be closing.
I will be transitioning to ONLINE CLASSES, however, if you are taking my classes because it helps you manage your mental health and wellbeing, I am able to continue holding in person classes for those people that are able to provide a doctors note stating that you are taking these classes as they have a positive impact on your mental health.
So here are our options:
Take your classes online (they will be live, likely on Zoom)
Provide me with a doctors note and continue coming to in person classes
Put your membership/Class Passes ON HOLD and resume classes when the lockdown is lifted
The Hot Stone Restorative can be recreated at home with firm pillows, yoga blocks if you have them, hot water bottle or a heating pad.
The Functional Movement Class will be very easy to follow online, minimal props are required, yoga blocks are helpful for this class.
Obviously, online isn't my first choice as I love being able to create a calm and soothing environment for you to practice in, but I will create a playlist on Spotify that you can use, light a candle, dim the lights, and we will do our very best to make it as cozy as we can!
